Starting online returns is easy

Enter your name, email, order number, and reason for return.

Hit submit to send your request to our team for review.

Once your request is approved, you will get an email from us with a pre-paid return label attached.
What items are returnable?(eligible for returns)

30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

NWF Supply only accepts returns via UPS or FedEx Ground, unless otherwise specified. Be sure to save your tracking number in order that we may confirm receipt. Orders that are returned must be unused and undamaged when they arrive back at NWF Supply.
Damage, loss, or theft issues
Orders that are damaged must be reported within 15 days of receipt in order to file a claim (for orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States please see our shipping policy). Orders that are delivered correctly and in good condition are the responsibility of the recipient. Any package that is refused by the recipient and is returned to NWF Supply will be credited the price of the filters less the cost of the return shipping. All orders returned to NWF Supply due to incorrect information (i.e. incorrect name, city, zip code, etc) will incur an additional charge to cover the inadvertent delivery.
How soon will I get my refund?

Please allow 2 business days from the time we receive your items back in order to process the return. Orders, not freight, will be credited back to your card of record.
